“Geraldine Moralez of Intel Corporation, Julia Onslow-Cole of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Alisa Sender of Bloomberg LP will serve as the newest board members for the Council for Global Immigration (CFGI), an employer network for immigration professionals based in Alexandria, Va., and an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

“CFGI's board members represent many sectors of employment-based immigration, from Fortune 500 companies to top research firms and universities to specialized legal practices.

“Geraldine Moralez

“Moralez, the global immigration manager at Intel Corporation, has served with the company for 21 years, the last 11 of which have been in the mobility space. Prior to becoming a global immigration manager in 2016, she managed large-scale international group moves spanning multiple countries and increased Intel's visibility to and legal compliance of business travelers.

“Moralez immigrated to the United States from Ireland in 1995, taught English in Japan to prospective business assignees, and has worked internationally for Intel in the United States, Ireland and the Netherlands. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a bachelor's degree in business studies and a master's degree in supply chain management.

“Julia Onslow-Cole

“Onslow-Cole is a partner, legal markets leader and head of global immigration at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). She was appointed to the mayor of London's Brexit advisory group and is a key expert on PwC's Brexit Taskforce, liaising with government and business following the referendum. She has represented business at the prime minister's Immigration Stocktake Meeting and acted as an advisor to the Home Office on business, investment and growth. She is chair of London First's working party on immigration and sits on the advisory board of the Migration Matters Trust and the Permits Foundation. Onslow-Cole is also the chair of the International Bar Association's Human Rights Institute Charitable Trust, a member of the Chatham House Refugee Forum and a member of the advisory committee of COMPAS at the University of Oxford.

“Alisa Sender

“Sender is co-head of global mobility and global immigration manager at Bloomberg, where she manages a global team of immigration professionals who provide guidance to Bloomberg on all aspects of immigration around the world. She is a company expert on U.S. immigration law and determines global immigration policy and strategy. She has worked at Bloomberg since 2002, first as a U.S. immigration specialist and expanding her role over the years into global immigration. Prior to Bloomberg, Sender worked at Arthur Andersen LLP in the audit and business advisory practice from 1993-99, before moving into human resources to manage U.S. immigration for the firm's metro New York offices until 2002.”
