Patricia brings a wealth of experience and ideas for creating membership products and services. Mostly recently, Patricia served as the Area Membership Manager for the Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital (GSCNC) where she managed a team of 9 staff who oversaw a membership of 17,000 girls and adult volunteers. Her responsibilities included Member recruitment, onboarding and retention as well as Volunteer training and engagement. Patricia has a Masters in International Development and Social Change from Clark University in Worcester, MA; A BA in Government with a Minor in Economics from the same University, Certificate of Not –for-Profit Management from Trinity University, and a Certificate of Volunteer Administration (CVA) from The Center for Certification in Volunteer Administration (CCVA).She began her career as a Project Manager for Catholic Relief Service in the Dominican Republic overseeing economic strengthening and child-maternal health projects. Patricia was born in Lima, Peru, and has lived in the Unites States for over 25 years with her husband and three children. Please join us in welcoming Patricia to CFGI.
