05/26/2017 – The University of Chicago is currently seeking a Director, Office of International Affairs. Responsibilities include providing leadership to the Office of International Affairs, including overseeing and administering all aspects of immigration-related services, such as advisement, processing, documentation, and record-keeping for all statuses in the University, to include students, staff, faculty, postdoctoral scholars and fellows, and other members of the international community.  The Director will also lead strategic planning for the office and will be responsible for the University’s compliance with immigration requirements.

The applicant must have a Master’s degree and a minimum of seven years of related work experience at a complex research institution of higher education.  U.S. citizenship or permanent residence is required by federal regulations.
